Steve, the owner did some work for me before he got his license. He was up front with me before accepting the job, allowing me to be fully aware he was not licensed. I appreciated his honesty and I did hire him. Steve was on time, he was knowledgeable and he did the job at a fair price. I have had no issues with the work he has done for me. He is highly respected in our small community in Plumas Lake and the surrounding areas, as I have read posts from others about his work. You will not regret hiring him. He is professional, gets right to work and doesn't leave a mess like other companies. I would totally hire him again should the need arise.
